David Burkus is a professor of management at Oral Roberts University where he teaches creativity, entrepreneurship and organizational behavior. David is founder and editor of LDRLB, an online think tank that shares research and best practices through articles, videos, and podcasts. He is a fellow of the Royal Society for the Arts and was named an “Expert-in-Residence” by Creative Oklahoma. As a presenter, he has spoken to a diverse set of audiences, from human resource executives to the United States Naval Academy.
