D. Fox Harrell, Ph.D., is Associate Professor of Digital Media at MIT. He is the founding director of the MIT Imagination, Computation, and Expression Laboratory (http://icelab.mit.edu). His book Phantasmal Media: An Approach to Imagination, Computation, and Expression was recently published by the MIT Press.
